What I collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, I collect what you type in: your name, email address, the details of your project, and any other fields you choose to share. I don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels on this site.
Why I collect it
So I can reply to your inquiry. That's the only reason. I don't sell or share your information with anyone, and I don't send marketing emails.
Where it goes
Your submission is sent to my email inbox and to Resend, the email delivery service I use to send confirmation messages. Resend handles the message in transit and keeps a short-term log for deliverability purposes. I don't store submissions anywhere else.
How long I keep it
If we end up working together, I keep our correspondence for as long as the project runs plus two years for tax and warranty purposes. If we don't, I delete your inquiry within twelve months. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the information I have about you, correct it if it's wrong, and ask me to delete it. Email robert@robertbergstrom.ca. I'll respond within one business day.
